We decided to use Yopa over other local estate agents for our house sale as they are much more competitively priced than others and very flexible with their availability for a valuation. Upon meeting Wayne Auld, our local agent, we were filled with confidence that he was skilled and experienced, which is exactly what we wanted for our first house sale. And he lived up to all expectations! He was responsive (always got back to me as soon as he could even if he was engaged at the time of my contact) and very accommodating with availability for meetings. We decided to do the viewings ourselves and really enjoyed the ease of use of the Yopa online portal to manage these. I also had a lot of contact with Jake at the head office of Yopa after selling the house but before completion. Jake was incredibly helpful and also very responsive to my calls and emails. He resolved any issues I had and was very good with his communication to me throughout the whole process. I've been extremely impressed by the service of everyone I've dealt with at Yopa, the price we paid and also the seller's portal you get access to - I'd definitely use them again and would recommend to anyone else!
